Birchvale Venue Hire

Birchvale is a registered charity (SC048107).

Birchvale will be available for hire, and can provide a variety of exceptional facilities for all kinds of occasions. Including our small meeting rooms, cafe / bar space, and of course our lovely auditorium.

The theatre does not have any professional employees. Technical and administrative support is provided entirely by volunteers. Although every effort will be made to provide an ideal venue, the theatre cannot always provide the perfect facilities for every show.

The seating capacity of our new venue is 72 on our new fixed raked seating.

Please note that the use of any spaces needed are strictly by availability, but the theatre company is very flexible about working around anyone wishing to hire it.

An Annual Fee is also available for Theatre Groups who wish to use the space on a regular basis, please contact the team below for further details.

We need definite times of when people are in the theatre for fire and health and safety regulations.

A signed contract required for each of these.
