Room Hire

Birchvale is a registered charity (SC048107).

The rooms at Birchvale will be available for hire, and can provide a variety of exceptional facilities for all kinds of occasions. Including our small meeting rooms, and of course our lovely auditorium.

As of the end of April 2025 we will no longer be hiring out our green room/Cafe space. Please also note that as of this time there will be a £50 charge for cleaning added to the hire cost.

Please note that the use of any spaces needed are strictly by availability, but the theatre company is very flexible about working around anyone wishing to hire it.

We need definite times of when people are in the theatre for fire and health and safety regulations.

A signed contract required for each of these.
